Pros of going into the early childhood education field include getting to work with young children and always having the ability to find a position. Cons include the low pay and constant educational regulations.

Children do not need early childhood degrees, however they would benefit from their teachers and educators having one. With formal instruction from an accredited state university and earning a 4 year bachelors degree in early childhood education teachers are better equipped to teach the kids.
