Go to the Harvard business school admissions page. It will say what the minimum GPA is. They will also look at numerous other factors, such as GMAT scores, leadership experience/work experience, the difficulty of the courses that you took, the quality of any admissions essays that you have to write, etc. Even if you have a perfect GPA as an undergrad, that does not mean that you will automatically be accepted.
Traditional schools usually require GMAT score. However, almost all of the online schools that offer MBA or MS in health care do not require GMAT. Because majority of students for online schools are working professionals and considering their work experience and age, GMAT score does not really matter that much.
