Cooled to set
Plastic lids are typically made through a process called injection molding. In this process, plastic pellets are heated until they melt and then injected into a mold that shapes the lid. Once cooled, the mold is opened, and the solidified lid is ejected. Other methods, like blow molding, can also be used for specific types of lids, especially those that need to be hollow or have unique shapes.

No as you need oil to make it :)
It is not recommended to repeatedly heat, cool, and reheat milk as it can lead to a breakdown in proteins and nutrients, affecting its taste and quality. It is best to heat only the amount of milk you need at a time to avoid multiple cycles of heating and cooling.
much hotter than you need for cooking. Cast iron can probably withstand over 1000 degrees F as long as it is heated and cooled SLOWLY AND EVENLY
I might not be right about this so make sure this is correct first but, I think that it will be ok and safe to use those plastic bags for micowaving in the microwave. The only exception i would have is to make sure that if you do that you first put an big wide opening into the plastic bag first. Otherwise if you do not do this, then the plastic bag will explored and all of your food inside that plastic bag will be all over the inside of your microwave and will need to be clean up as a result. I hope this helps you.
