Generally Conduct or Character Certificate is issued by an Employer to its employees, or by a Gazetted Officer or Municipal Councillor or member of legislative assembly to a person who is known to him/her personally. The person to whom the character certificate will be issued will not be connected with criminal or anti social activities and not having name in police record.The certificate will state the person is known to him/her personally,bears a Good Moral Character and will vouch him/her for success in future life.
