Pineal Gland
The pineal gland is the endocrine organ found in the roof of the third ventricle in the brain. Its main function is to produce and regulate melatonin, a hormone that helps regulate sleep-wake cycles.
The bicuspid valve is actually located within the heart, not on the roof of a chamber. It is also known as the mitral valve and is found between the left atrium and left ventricle. Its function is to prevent the backflow of blood from the left ventricle to the left atrium.
The cerebrospinal fluid in the third ventricle will drain into the fourth ventricle.
The third ventricle
In the heart of a mamal there are only two ventricles and two atriums (atria).

The third ventricle is involved in several functions of the body including:Protection of the Brain From TraumaPathway for the Circulation of Cerebrospinal Fluid
The third ventricle, like all ventricles of the brain, contains cerebral spinal fluid.
