H and R Block education credit mistake they are saying people got more in refunds than they should Is there a way to sue maybe a class action suite if it happened to a lot of people?

I got that letter and after talking with h & r block, I now have to pay 1109.00 due to a mistake with their computer software. I would not recommend using h & r block to anyone
