Yes, this college's licence to sponsor student migrants has been suspended since before 26 January 2010. To date (24 July 2010) the issue has not been resolved. This college therefore appears on the list of Suspended Colleges From Tier 4.

Tier 4 suspension relates only to recruit international students and the College continues to operate in full-scale for UK/EU students.

The College is Approved by the Department for Education (DfE), UK, and is Accredited by the British Accreditation Council.
