You should not put your age on a CV. You should put your date of birth. So if your CV is looked at in a few years time in a place you had sent it to now, they could still know your correct age. If you had your age on it, and it was picked out in a few years time, your age will have changed, but it won't have on the CV. So in Ireland, and in any country, put your date of birth on your CV, not your age. Also make sure to write the month in words, not as a number, so there is no confusion between a date being in an American and European format, where the day and month are reversed.
