Beggary should not be encouraged as all people have a right to a good state of life - nobody deserves to live on the streets and its not at all good for people to seek this life out - it may seem glamorous in a way to some people - being able to live outdoors with nothing to owe the world and no taxes to pay; however it's a dangerous life that can sometimes end badly (there have been cases where homeless people or beggars in the UK have been murdered by their supposed "betters" (who deserve prison for their crimes) or murdered by other homeless people).

Beggary itself means 'a state of utter poverty' - being so poor that one is forced to beg for food or money - this reality should be enough to discourage any reasonable person from seeking this life out, but sadly there are still people that do.

There are charities out there that aim to help people who have fallen on hard times such as these or are homeless, such as Shelter UK and Care International.
