It is not up to you to "get rid of" a teacher. A teacher is there for your benefit, whether you believe that or not. Occasionally personality clashes happen and that is remedied by removal of the student, not the teacher. Speak with your school guidance counselor or principal. They will decide the best course of action based on proper investigation.

Getting a Teacher to Leave

Annoy them! :) ha ha! I don't think teachers will ever leave they are to stressy! :)

The above answer is most likely right, but not because teachers are too stressy. There really isn't any reason for teachers to leave, no matter how much students annoy them or how bad the students try to make it for the teacher. Teachers know that when the last of May or first of June comes, the class is going to move on to another grade and another teacher. For the teacher, it's a simple matter of getting through a rough year if the students are uncooperative or even mean and getting another, hopefully more enjoyable, class the next year.

Instead of attempting the almost impossible feat of getting the teacher to leave, perhaps concentrating on learning what the teacher is teaching would be a better use of time and better for the future.

You'll have to undo the evil magic that turned her into a witch in the first place. This sounds like a sarcastic answer to your serious question, but it might work. Bear with me for a moment: In my opinion, few people go into teaching in order to be as witchy as possible. Most go into it because they love kids and love to teach. However, at some point, it becomes overwhelming, and for teachers in mid-career,

it is not easy to leave teaching. There are financial and retirement reasons to stick it out. So I believe you are stuck with this person. You can begin to see a transformation in this teacher if you start to treat her with respect (even if you don't feel it), take her teaching seriously, and really (and I mean truly) try to learn from her. Learning from a difficult person is a VERY difficult proposition, but it is possible. Take my advice for two weeks: no sidelong glances, no sarcasm, no arguing with her. Turn in all your work and do it neatly and well. I am 99.9% sure you will see a transformation. Magic.

The teacher can discuss moving the student to another class if he or she believes the student would be benefitted. If; however, the student is a "difficult" student, it is not likely that another teacher would agree to the move. If the student is truly posing a danger to the teacher or other students, alternative schools might be an option, as might getting professional help for the student. If the student is not an actual danger, but just a difficult student, the teacher may want to examine the reasons he or she desires to get rid of the student and look for ways to help the student.
