In terms of the laws of the State of Florida, there are no restrictions on the kind of job you can get based on age. The only exception to the age requirement might be an employer saying you must be 21 years old for example to get a certain type of job. In terms of the "E License" I am assuming you are referring to a driver license. The Class E Operators license in the State of Florida permits you to drive most standard vehicles in the state, however you might have to get certain endorcements to carry passengers for hire. There are class A, B, & C commercial driver licenses in the state of Florida. In the end the answer to your question comes down to what job you are seeking.
