Learning a new Language is easy when you have proper knowledge of where to start and what are the sources you need in the learning process. Present day there are many advanced ways of learning available on the web. You can choose a video learning or you can join online classes for learning Japanese as per your preference. Sometime before I learned the hiragana language basics with help of Card Dia Flashcards. Similarly, you can plan for the learning process and according to that, you can choose the learning process.

Start with the alphabet (Russians do not write in print like Americans may, but do everything in cursive). Once you feel comfortable with that find some vocab. to work on and once you get a few words in and get a hang of it start with grammar.

It's very hard if not impossible to learn to speak German fluently from scratch within only a week. It should be possible though to learn expressing what you want to say, even if not entirely correct gramatically or in pronunciation.

Note that if you actually learn it that fast, you will forget even faster if you don't go on using it and practicing.

You will need to spend very much time each day learning, and you will need a learning guide. It would probably be best if you had someone German to teach you who also speaks English well. It could be a huge facilitation if you were to learn only spoken or only written German.
