Obviously you could masturbate or have sex; however, if you find your libido is too high to the point where you have an unhealthy need for release there are ways to lower it. Note that age and gender play roles in the amount of sexual gratification you may need and its alright to be horny within moderation.

With that said, trust your judgement. If you're jacking it all the time (like more than 5 times) maybe you have a problem. So many people might tell you to eat excessive amounts of certain foods, or even smoke to decrease libido. These might work but mainly because you're introducing toxins or molecules that in large amounts are toxic to your system.

One of the healthiest although perhaps most trying ways to decrease an unhealthily high libido is to decrease the amount of sexual activity you have for a time. If you find the urges are too great, allow yourself for some sexual release. Do try to reduce the amount of gratification you are receiving and the regularity however. This will allow your body to get used to a less frequent sexual schedule.

You may find that this takes more will power but it will make sex more enjoyable when it does happen (and masturbation too if that's really your thing) and it will free up your time for other things.
