To tell someone's age, you use the phrase "tener (number) años".
For example...
Tengo dieceinueve años. I am nineteen years old.
Tienes veintiún años. You (informal) are twenty one years old.
Él/Ella/Usted tiene cuarenta años. He/She/You (formal) is/are forty years old.
