I don't think anyone doesn't have any weaknesses, especially if the employer will be asking the applicant during the interview. The best approach is to minimize the attitude/trait and focused always on the positive. As much as possible, refrain from the personal qualities.

A weakness can be a strength while strength also be a weakness. For example, if you say that you are detailed oriented. The negative effect would be is you may not be able to meet the deadline because you pay attention to details.
