You need to learn all the keys and which fingers to use. It is called 'touch typing', and it really is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I learned it the summer after grade 8, and it is one of the best things I ever learned. It's not likely that you will learn it on your own, although it is possible. Get some books from the library. Better, enrol in a local class, if there is one. Having to stay focused in a class setting will really help.
