Behind the bulb you should be able to see the plug assembly; that's where the 3 wires are.
The plug assembly should twist off. Turn it counter-clockwise, it shouldn't turn far, but you will be able to tell, then the bulb should come right out.
When installing the new bulb take great care to not scratch the glass or leave fingerprints or other skin oils on the bulb.
Note that the plug assemblies are notorious for fusing to the headlight assembly, making it difficult to remove the old light.
Depending on which side it is, you may need to remove the battery or other devices that may hinder you access to the plug assembly.
