Unfortunately, if your LS (V6) water pump has failed and started leaking, you've also damaged the timing belt. The tool necessary to change the timing belt costs about $500. You'll be ahead if you just take the vehicle to your Saturn dealership and have them replace the belt and waterpump.
Note! The owners manual warns that you should replace the timing belt at 100,000 miles, and it's a good idea to do the water pump at the same time.
If the water pump is leaking, DON'T DRIVE THE VEHICLE ANY MORE!!! If the timing belt slips a couple teeth, you'll be discussing the cost of an entire engine.
It's in the fuel tank, the same as essentially all modern cars.
