There is no direct method to convert 10 to 4.

An indirect method says convert to %, which is a global standard.

Well, it all depends on your university standards. Different universities have different standards. But 2 are most common.

Suppose you got 9.9 out of 10. Then we have

9.9 / 10 = x / 4
