well, first is it a complant letter or not if it is one, you might want to work on the three paragraphs being about what the 1. school could improve on 2. different lunch plans 3. more non uniform days your 3 paragraphs could be about that but remember you still have to have the introduction paragraphand the conclution paragraphs.
