• Select 2 or more places where you can study peacefully. This will give you a change in your mind and you can study easily.

• After your school or college hours after completing your daily portions, take upto 1hour break and enjoy yourself. Let it be watching TV, Browsing in social media sites, playing in the outdoors or anything you like.

• Before sleeping, think in your mind that you have completed all your tasks given today and you are satisfied with this day. This will give you more confidence for the next day.

• Best sleeping time for students is from 10 P.M to 5:00 or 6:00 A.M.
