Well, I have had a lot of experience with this, and what you do is the next highest ranking person(baron, maybe) tells everyone about the crisis and you guys all quit the old tribe and make a new tribe, inviting all the old members. It also helps rid of inactive members.
disband your tribe, go the properties and click on disband tribe at the bottem. _____ note: this destroys the tribe. But it does let you leave. You can also set another member as duke and then leave if you dont want the tribe destroyed completly.
Since Duke of Earl is slang for a person that succeeds on a task, the opposite of a Duke of Earl would be a busta or buster which is slang for a person that fails at a task.

A Duke may become a monarch; a knight isn't likely to.
Duke is a proper noun when used as a title for a specific person. For example John Doe, Duke of Anytown, or when referring to that same person later on. It is not used as a proper noun when referring to a group. For example: "The dukes were present at the ball." Unless you are referring to specific people or Duke University, Duke is not a proper noun.
"No, while it is possible to get an MBA online from some universities, Duke is not one of them. You will have to register for classes and attend them in person to get a Duke MBA."
