First, you get some paper that you can fold into fourths. Make it construction paper, first. Then you fold it then put the papers that have the words IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER inside the papers, and there you have it. Create an attractive cover on the front and then, voila, a beautiful hand made mini dictionary.
