First, I correct your spelling it is sperm. During puberty (also called adolescence) male's testes (testicles) produces male sex hormone called "testosterone" and male sex cells called "sperm". When sperm cell matures it is temporally stored in epididimys then it travel in vas deferens and the sperm cross to 3 accessory glands called prostate glands , seminal vesicle , and cowper's gland. Then it will cross to urethra (it is both passageway of urine and sperm). Then it will released trough ejaculation or wet dreams (during puberty)
