I think you are referring to "Dominus vobiscum." You would say it DOM-in-uss (rhymes with fuss) woe (rhymes with no!)- BISS-coom. (note: in Church Latin the "v" is pronounced "v "not "w" - that is Classical Latin)
If you are trying to say Deus vobiscum - it would be Day-uss (rhymes with fuss) woe (rhymes with no!)- BISS-coom.
