The first syllable is pronounced "pip", not like pipe.
The second syllable, "ar" is pronounced like a pirate would say "arrr", except you don't stress the r. :P
The third syllable, "ka" is pronounced like the "ka" in the word kart, except the a is very short. After "ka" the k in "kku" is stressed and the u after that is also very short. The u is pronounced like the u in uno.
