I've had to do this before, for reasons I won't get into...
Open the notebook to where you want to place the page. Now get a piece of scotch tape (the thinner the better) equal to the length of the page. If needed, stick the tape to a surface and use a ruler and razor to thin it.
Now take the tape and with the sticky side up, insert it into the spiral bounding above the other sheet edges, so that it creates a sort of U shape. Carefully do this until it's completely inserted.
Once your done, take the edges of the ripped sheet, and using something small (pen or pencil tip?) place the damaged portions inside the groove of the U shaped tape. Finally, take whatever you used to place the ripped edges in, to fold the tape over between the spirals and Voila!
That sheets not going anywhere ^.^
A notebook is a small computer that is very portable. (I'm assuming you didn't mean a spiral-bound paper notebook!)
A spiral notebook is a book of paper for writing that is held together by a wire that curves around and around through small holes at the edge of the paper📷 You can buy a spiral notebook from here: makelifefair.weebly
made of paper and spiral
Metal, paper, and ink.
The lined paper is smaller lines and the spiral is bigger lines

On average, a standard spiral notebook weighs about 100-200 grams. The weight can vary depending on the size, number of pages, and paper quality of the notebook.
A notebook made from paper originates from trees. Trees are used to produce paper, which is then bound into a notebook format for writing purposes.
You make a notebook by getting the size of paper you want and cover pages for it. Then make holes with a hole-puncher to put the spiral thing through.
Typical notebook paper size is 8.5 inches in width and 11 inches in length.
I personally have the same question for science. As you most likely know there is paper in the notebook. Paper is earths natural resource because of trees and trees are made with sun and water the spiral is more harder to identify so i have to do some more research.ps: go ahead and follow my tik tok there very cringe right now but december 30 2020 i am going to have the account perfect @johndavid2014
Tape it, or get a new one .When the cover and or pages have ripped from a spiral bound book, the best way to repair it is to take a length of paper tape (MADE of paper) the same length as the book. Fold the tape length-wise, moisten, and apply the tape over the ragged spiral edge of the page or cover, so that the tape covers all the old holes, and is stuck to both the front and the back of the page, with the fold forming the new back-edge of the page. Do this with front and back covers that are ripped off, as well as any pages ripped out. Then using a page as a guide, or by holding it up to the light, use a small hole punch to punch out all the new holes on each cover and page. Don't use a 3-ring size hole punch. The holes are too big. Now, there are a couple of different ways to re-bind it. You can either cut out the old spiral with wire cutters, and get a new spring of similar size from the hardware store, or some pliable insulated wire that you can use to sew it round and round to rebind it. Or you can work the old spiral around in a cork-screw fashion to get it out, and then twist it back through the stack of pages one hole at a time to get it back in again. But be careful with that bent wire end. They are notorious for ripping out little holes.Once the wire is out, you could also go down to your local copy shop and have them throw a plastic spiral into it for two or three bucks. But do the paper tape repair thing to each page first, so the new binding has something to grab onto.Or you can get a new one.
