This depends on whether or not the person you're saying goodbye to is staying or leaving:
Staying: 안녕히계세요 (annyeong geseyo)
Leaving: 안녕히가세요 (annyeong gaseyo)
Alternatively, if you know the person well (friend/family), you can just say안녕 (annyeong).
