hur but the h is pronounced like the sound you make when you sigh heavily to find the exact sound try sighing heavily with your tongue sticking out of your mouth. and when you get the weird "h" that makes your throat feel weird, try making that sound again with keeping your tongue in. i know it'll feel dumb doing it, but it doesn't hurt to try to say it properly
