"Usted es muy bienvenido" is the literal translation, but the meaning is a little different than what you would get in English. "Bienvenido" is a term used when greeting someone, expessing pleasure at their presence. "Bienvenido a mi casa" is "welcome to my house".

If you are replying to a act of thanks, you would more likely say "de nada".
