Hmm. What kind of love? Generally if you just really like something you would say "~ga suki desu." (lit. "I like ~") If you love someone, like deep romantic love, you would say "~ga aisuru"...I think... don't quote me on that last one, I haven't heard it with my own ears being said before.

When said to the person it is understood that they are the object and when you say it you are the subject. Therefore, understood it means "I really love you."

This is not grammatically correct, and is overly formalized.

"Anata no koto wo aishiteiru to omoimasu ga..." (あなたの事を愛していると思いますが...) would be correct and more natural sounding.

"Watashi wa" is almost never needed outside of a test in Japanese class or very formal situations, as it's pretty much always implied and Japanese tends to drop everything that's not crucial to the sentence if possible.

While "anata wo" would technically work in this example, it's far more common in spoken Japanese to say "anata no koto" ("the things about you") in these situations.

"Aishite kangaeru" just doesn't work. "kangaeru" is the unmodified root meaning "to think", and means more "to think about something" rather than the "I think that _____" context which is present in this question.

In Japan, it is acceptable to reply to "aishiteru" (I love you) with a simple, "Watashi mo" meaning "Me too". Where as this can imply that you "love yourself too" in America, in Japan, it is the typical response.
