But 'I would....' is in fact incomplete, being subject and auxiliary verb, and needs a main verb in Spanish, which would be in the conditional ('would') tense, e.g.

'If I were rich, I would live in a big house' to which the reply may be:

'I would, also (live in a big house)'; and in Spanish you'd say;

'I would also live (Yo tambien viviria) in a big house (en una casa grande)'.

Alternative, you could abbreviate to:

I, also (Yo, tambien), with the auxiliary and main verbs left as understood.
