Germans do not celebrate Halloween per se, do they do not have an everyday term for this holiday--which is largely North American. As such, you will see it referred to in English as "(das) Halloween" in German texts. If a writer needed to explain when Halloween occurs, you might add "Abend vor Allerheiligen" (eve of All Saints' Day), though this does not explain Halloween culturally.
