From strongest command to softest:

走ろ! - Command for of Hashiru (to run). Strongest command, pretty rude unless it's some urgent situation. You mostly hear this form in movies because situations requiring such strength don't usually occur in real life (Godzirra!).

走なさい! - This is the base 2 of hashiru, "hashi", with nasai added to the end to add a firm command. In everyday life, this is the strongest you'll probably hear.

走って! - The 'te' form of hashiru. These can be used to form simple commands. The strength of this is equivalent of giving someone food and saying "eat this".

走ってください!- Basically the same as above with "kudasai" added to the end. It basically equates to "Please run!".

You'll have to pick the strength for yourself. These all translate into "Run!" and not "Run away!" because a short sentence in Japanese is often considered the best (efficiency).

If you want to emphasise and add "Run away from here", add koko kara (ここから)to the beginning of your select one.
