In german we say Richter. I can pronounce it correctly but I don't know how to describe it, sorry :(
'Bitte' means please in German.
As you would say it in English.

You can either say "Hallo" or "Guten Tag". To pronounce "Hallo" you simple say "Hallo". To pronounce "Guten Tag" you say: goo-ten-targ.
