I imagine there are slang words to say "afterlife", but I would say it vida futura, which is a simple translation.

I don't know that I agree with the original answers given of 'otra vida' or 'de ultratumba', because to me those translate to "other life" and "falling down". I am leaving them on here because I do not speak spanish fluently, and they may be a slang that I do not recognize.
