Well, here are some very basic words to help you get started:

네. (ne) = yes.

아니요. (a-ni-yo) = no.

안녕하세요? (an-nyeong-ha-se-yo) = hello.

안녕히 가세요. (an-nyeong-hi ga-se-yo) = goodbye. (when you are leaving and the other person is staying)

안녕히 계세요. (an-nyeong-hi gye-se-yo) = goodbye. (when you are staying and the other person is leaving)

미안해요. (mi-an-hae-yo) = i'm sorry.

감사합니다. (gam-sa-ham-ni-da) = thank you.

아니에요. (a-ni-e-yo) = you're welcome. (in response to 'thank you')

어디예요? (eo-di-ye-yo) = where is it?

전는 _____입니다. (jeo-neun [your name here] im-ni-da) = my name is ______.

사랑해요. (sa-rang-hae-yo) = i love you.

지금 몇 시예요? (ji-geum myeot-shi-ye-yo) = what time is it right now?

생일 축하합니다. (saeng-il chook-ha-ham-ni-da) = happy birthday.

얼마예요? (eol-ma-ye-yo) = how much does this cost?

이게 뭐예요? (i-ge mwo-ye-yo) = what is this? (you can replace 이게 with 그게 [geu-ge] (that thing closest to you) or 저게 [jeo-ge] (that thing over there)

[note: this sound 어 (or 'eo') sounds very similar to how you would pronounce 'uh.' i'm not even sure how to describe the pronunciation of 으 ('eu'). you're best bet is to learn the alphabet. it's pretty straight forward. of course, there are irregularities/exceptions to pronunciation]
