"Uhibbuka" for a male, "Uhibbuki" for a female can be used to mean "i love you" or the milder "i like you"... depends on the situation.

ana moajab biki (if a guy is addressing a girl)

ana moajaba bika (if a girl is addressing a guy)

this is standard Arabic, very formal, i winder if you want to say that anyways lol!

if you using the algerian Arabic you go : taajabni/ taajbini
