It all depends what you mean.
If you mean the verb "see or to see" it would be miru (見る)
If you mean a command like "look!" it would be either miro, mite, or mite yo. (見ろ、見て、見てよ)
If you mean something more along the lines of "please look at this/please watch this" it would be mite kudasai. (見て下さい)
