I asked my friend this same question. Unfortunately, I do not know how it is written. But, you don't say Mr or Mrs. You say "Father of (eldest son or daughter)." If not, just use their first name if they have no children. To say Mr. you would say Asseyyid. Pronounced ah-say-yid. For Mrs. you would say Asseyyidda. Pronounced ah-say-yeeda. :-) Hope this helps.
