You can't speak sign language but you can "sign".
American Sign Language (ASL) is the predominant sign language of deaf communities in the United States and English-speaking parts of Canada. While not exactly the same, ASL is VERY similar to French Sign Language (FSL.) Spanish Sign Language (LSE) is more varied than ASL or FSL, as there are 3 distinct dialects.

In American Sign Language, you can sign "WHEN YOU BORN?" to ask someone when they were born.
To sign "Are you happy?" in American Sign Language, you would sign: YOU HAPPY? with raised eyebrows.
To say the words 'she is tall' in the Spanish language you say 'ella es alta'. These words in the Italian language you say 'e alta'.
You sign it.
You can learn Spanish Sign Language through courses offered by educational institutions, online resources, or through local deaf organizations. Additionally, there may be workshops, classes, or community events that provide opportunities to learn Spanish Sign Language.
You make an I in sign language and then point to your head and then nod.

In American Sign Language (ASL), you can sign "I know" by pointing to your head with your index finger.
ASL (American Sign Language) is a distinct sign language used in the United States and parts of Canada, while Spanish Sign Language (Lengua de Señas Española) is used in Spain and some Latin American countries. They have different signs, grammar structures, and are not mutually intelligible.
