The following answer is incorrect on a couple of points. First, being late is a temporary condition, so if you should use a form of "estar" rather than "ser". Secondly, "nosotros" does not need to be written unless there is some confusion or you want emphasis. "No estamos tarde" would be a better way of saying it. Better still would be "No llegamos tarde", or we didn´t arrive late.
I believe it would be nosotros somos no tarde but i dont know for sure.
