I don't know about German or Italian, but in french it could be "tu es belle" or "tu es jolie," or "vous sommes belle" or "vous sommes jolies." These are all for adressing a woman, and the last two are more formal than the first two.

Tu es belle = too eh bell

Tu es jolie = too eh joh-lee

Vous sommes belle = voo sum bell

Vous sommes jolie = voo sum joh-lee.

(Yes, belle is prounced like the little instrument you ring, s's at the end of a word are sort of glossed over, and yes, 'jolie' is pronounced as in Angelina Jolie, her name does mean pretty and that's where it came from.)

If you wanted to say the same thing to a guy, you would change belle to beau (pronounced bo), and jolie to joli (same pronunciation)
