アリサ if you pronounce it "uh-lih-sa", it would be pronounced "ah-ree-sah"、アリーサ if you pronounce it "ah-lee-sa" it would be pronounced "ah-'ree-sah"、or alternatively アリッシャ sounds more like Alicia "ah-ree-shya". There's no right or wrong way to sound out a name in Japanese, and all of these would be understood. There is also no 'l' or 'r' sound, technically, but it is usually written "r" but many Japanese say it sounds more like 'l'.
