Cantalupo as such is not part of the Spanish language. Probably many Spanish speakers who live in the UK or the US use it as a "Spanglish" word.

In Spain and most Spanish speaking countries, the word for "cantaloupe" is "melón". People usually call a cantaloupe "melón anaranjado" while calling a honeydew "melón verde" or "melón amarillo" - depending on the skin color of the latter.
