There is currently no online translator that will translate to and from phonetic Farsi. The reason is that there is no standard way to write Farsi using the Latin alphabet.

I have tried to find one myself, but no luck. Instead you could first use Google Translate to get the Persian text, then find a Persian Transliterator which will type the text with Latin letters but not translate.

Google offers the same services in Persian as it does in English. Things like Gmail, Translate, Google Maps, Google Earth, Google Docs, Youtube are all available in Persian.
Go to Google and type in translate then it will bring up Google Translate and just click on it then go and click on the box that says to translate from English to whatever (which in your case is Hindi) so then click on Hindi then type in whatever you want in the large box and then it will translate onto the side and you can choose for it to read phonetically because it says the word as if you were an American speaker when you choose that. :) phew!
I am being thick - I don't understand the question. Can you say more to elaborate? Usually it is translating English words to phonetic spelling that is discussed. How about looking these word up in a dictionary to see the traditional spelling?
English to Japanese that isn't in Kanji, Katana, or Hiragana, is called rōmaji, or the Japanese words written in the English alphabet. You can use Google Translate. Set the languages from English to Japanese. Type in your word or sentence. On the right, it appears in whatever writing system is called for. If there is no Japanese words written phonetically, click on 'Read phonetically' that should be below the results. Another one you can use is Freedict and set it to Japanese. Here's an example:love
