You either say 'kali mera' which means 'have a nice day' or you just say 'episis' which means 'you too'. You only use 'episis' as a reply though to someone who first said to you 'have a nice day'. It's not common to say 'you have a good day too' but if you really have to say it its 'kali mera ke se esas' Do you see now why we don't say it? It's just a waste of words.
