you really dont have to go to school. Most of it can be learned hands on , if your willing to put the time and effort into it. You must have common sense otherwise you could be seriously injured or killed, I started from the ground up with no experience and now i am a construction superintendent, I went from a laborer to a foreman in 3 short years and worked my way up from there.
