No college or university I know would do that, even at the associates level. That would be like putting their seal on another institutions coursework. It's just not done.
Most online colleges allow you to receive your degree at your own pace, taking as little as only one course per semester. However, almost all, if not all, online colleges do have assignment and class deadlines that have to be met.
All you do is have a masters degree in computer science and then start creating. They should teach you in the college class.
