I just got the Norflex prescribed, it said to take 1tablet b4 I go to bed (for Back pain and restless sleep).
But I didn't have my regular back pain meds earlier today, so I took a pill.
Now I'm wondering if I should wait till tomorrow night to take it or if it will be okay to take it b4 bed tonight?
